Cape Byron Lodge was Byron Bay's first Backpacker Hostel. We offer a friendly, easygoing and relaxed atmosphere.

We have a variety of accommodation styles available, a spacious, clean and fully equipt kitchen, gorgeous subtropical gardens, a salt water swimming pool and BBQ facilities.

A free courtesy bus runs at regular intervals throughout the day and staff are only too happy to assist if you are arriving early or late.

For the total 'Byron' experience, we run a sunrise tour to the Cape Byron lighthouse twice a week (weather permitting). Check with Reception on check-in for availability.

At Cape Byron Lodge we are happy to book your tours or activities on your arrival. Reception is full of brochures offering a variety of experiences. Most operators run a pick up service from the hostel's doorstep. Refer to our 'Activities' link for further details.

If you feel like relaxing during your stay, we have a variety of games, books and movies available. WiFi internet access is also available.
